Welcome to 10341 San Pablo LLC!
This cultural clubhouse will serve the local community with a plethora of traditional arts, music, and film. In addition, an online identity will branch out internationally via our websites that represent three unique nonprofits that share this location as their home base. 10341 San Pablo LLC represents the home and overall property interests of three non-profits: The Arhoolie Foundation, Source Light/Les Blank Films, and the Down-Home Music Foundation. The three entities work together in sharing a community space for programming (music, film, art, presentation) to the community, and to be a cultural center that further sustains and celebrates traditional arts. In addition, the building serves the needs of the three nonprofits by offering office space, archive space, warehouse space, and a commercial space for Down Home Music Foundation. Also included is a 3-bedroom house that provides housing for working artists while working on their art, music, and performance. There have been in-store performances free to the public every month, and in the future, we will have more. The shared community space is currently being remodeled. Please check back for announcements in the future!
